Online & In-Person

Most people have a preferred session format. To accommodate different needs, I offer online sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, and in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you’re unsure about which format would be most effective, we can try both so that you can compare how each one feels and works for you.

How We're Different

Most counselling services do the following:

  • They treat either the addiction or the trauma, but not both.

  • They focus on short-term relief instead of long-term relief.

  • Many don’t have the experience or expertise to work with both simultaneously.

In a system where addiction and trauma care is hard to access, wouldn’t it be great to have one service that supports both?
